The complete Listing Coordination Checklist is listed below:

• Creation of a listing file in Remine
• Creation of a Listing Agreement and Seller Brochures (agent to provide information to include)
• Obtain seller signatures on all listing agreement documentation upon agent request
• Creation of the Paperless Pipeline office file
• Obtain Legal Description from attorney for using as an exhibit
• Notify agent of missing documents/signatures/initials and obtain as needed
• Scheduling and coordination of a professional listing photo shoot with the vendor provided
• Uploading of all listing photos and virtual tours into FMLS & GAMLS
• Uploading of any pertinent listing documentation, such as the Seller's Property Disclosure Statements or Association Disclosures into the MLS systems to make them available for agent access
• Coordination of the ShowingTime & SUPRA lockbox set-up and assignment of the box to the property
• Request ShowingTime feedback weekly for property  
• Contact Seller on your behalf to approve appointment requests in ShowingTime
• Coordination of ordering the home warranty for the seller where applicable
• Creation of a one-page property marketing flyer (Agent to select from 4 customized options)
• Upon request, print property marketing flyer with agents print code (billed separately at $0.35 per copy)
• Send Thank You card to seller (signed and mailed by RMAA on behalf of agent)
• Set up Open House in FMLS & GAMLS (syndicates to Trulia, Zillow & GA Open Houses)
• "Just Listed” postcards ($1.00 for each card with a 100 minimum)
