CLIENT FOR LIFE:
$160 per client charged to monthly investment.
Three year post closing client follow up, including 10 touches.
Year 1: Thank you card, Homeowner’s Handbook, $25 Home Depot Gift Card & Anniversary Card.
Years 2 & 3: Spring, Fall & Holiday greeting cards.
All cards personally signed with addresses hand-written on mailing envelope.

ANNUAL MARKETING:
$11/client paid in full up front OR 1st quarter paid up front then $1/client per month on investment statement.
Annual program including personally branded seasonal JUMBO postcards mailed quarterly.
Minimum 50 clients (no max).
BUYER & SELLER GUIDES:
Generic books: $9/book or $8/book for 10+ (Buyer, Seller or Combo) OR Customized books: $60 design fee for personally branded books, including up to 4 customized pages.
32-36 page color, high-quality booklets detailing everything a client needs to know about the process.
FLYERS:
$20 for one page, $5 each additional page, PDF emailed to agent, color prints additional.
Optional color printing - $0.30/flyer single-sided; $0.50/flyer double-sided.
Optional shipping - $10 for 50 flyers.
EMAIL BLASTS:
$25 for one area; $10 for each additional area; or $50 for all 5 areas.
An email blast sends an electronic version of your flyer to the area of your choosing. The flyer can either be one created by you or by us. (There is a separate price for us to create the flyer; click here to learn more.) The blast goes to agents in one or more of the following FMLS areas: Cobb, DeKalb, Fulton, Forsyth and Gwinnett.
LISTING BROCHURES:
$55 for 25 brochures (designed and printed), optional shipping (to agent or client) for $10
$70 for 50 brochures (designed and printed), optional shipping (to agent or client) for $20
Custom 4-page, folded brochure; designed, printed & shipped to agent or client.
Pages are 8.5 x 11 (11 x 17 front and back, then folded).
RMAA staff will pull photos and text from FMLS and submit to agent for edits/approval.
MARKETING POSTCARDS:
"Just Listed", "Just Sold" or "I Brought The Buyer" postcard options
$1 per card printed and mailed
$50 postcard design and address compilation fee (reduced to $25 on orders of 300 or more)
Minimum order of $100 or 50 postcards
Postcard design without printing or mailing, $20 per design.
BY THE HOUR:
$25/hour in 15-minute increments with a minimum of 15 minutes
